Elevator for the PROTEZ FOUNDATION rehabilitation center

BRAVO manufactured and installed an elevator for the PROTEZ FOUNDATION hospital and rehabilitation center. This elevator is adapted for people with limited mobility, wheelchair users, patients with prosthetics, and post-operative patients. This solution was developed to meet the stringent safety, smooth ride, and comfort requirements critical for elevators in clinics and medical centers.

The project had complex technical constraints: a pit depth of only 300 mm and a top floor depth of 3100 mm, significantly below standard elevator equipment requirements. BRAVO implemented a custom solution for the limited shaft space, allowing for the installation of a fully functional elevator for people with disabilities in the hospital without altering the building's structure.

The elevator provides smooth starts and stops without jerks, precise floor-level stopping, and quiet door and drive operation, which is especially important for patients undergoing rehabilitation. The cabin is spacious enough for wheelchairs, and the control panels are adapted for easy use by people with limited mobility.

The solution complies with DSTU EN 81-70 (elevators for persons with disabilities) and is suitable for facilities requiring elevators for hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, or medical facilities.
